Abbafever - Julie and Simone. Mother and Daughter act from Sunderland. Julie (The Very Photogenic mother) worked on the club circuit in the North East of England for 17 years as ‘Julie Dee’. While Simone carved out an early television acting career appearing on various programs - ‘Byker Grove’ Casualty, Spender, etc.

2 years ago they preformed at the Benidorm Palace doing a charity show, got their Abba act together and were voted ‘Benidorms Official Abba Tribute Show’ in 2005.

They are both huge Abba fans...

Working in various nightspots around Benidorm including Steptoes 1 and 2, Jokers, Churchill's, White Horse, and Triangle. Julie did her own show as ‘Tina Turner’ while Simone was working at the Wheeltappers and Shunters as a dancer in ‘A Night To Remember’

Julie got to the finals of ‘Stars In Their Eyes’ as Cher. They now want to concentrate on the Abba show. Costumes and fantastic harmonies are the strong points of their show.
