Pete Rossi was born in Doncaster in 1961 and later moved to Troon in Ayrshire. A near fatal motorbike accident in 1983 left Pete with crippling back injuries rendering him virtually house bound for nearly a decade. During this time Pete's weight increased to 22 stone.
Eventually Pete's health improved to such an extent that he was able to start going out again and a friend persuaded him to go to a karaoke pub. Soon Pete discovered his love of, and his great talent for, singing. He particularly liked to sing the Meat Loaf songs that had helped him to get through the very difficult times following his accident. With his 22 stone frame and long hair, Pete looked very like Meat Loaf and people were constantly commenting on this.
Pete decided to set up a Meat Loaf tribute and is now recognised (by MEAT LOAF) to be the best tribute in Europe.
Not a single act in Benidorm puts more into their show than this man and when you consider that he usually performs twice a night it’s no mean feat. Pete loves performing, he loves his audience and has time for each and every person that requests his autograph or a photo with him. Whether your a Meat Loaf fan or not is quite immaterial because Peat Loaf although a tribute is an act of his own, wow ..... Such energy.
A must see, appearing at various top venues in the ‘New Town’
