Introducing Benidorm's latest singing sensation  Cheryle Louise

I recently interviewed the very lovely and talented Cheryle Louise. Benidorm’s latest singing sensation.

We had lunch at the La Cova restaurant in El Campello just a few miles outside of the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. A very pleasant lunch and what a beautiful setting over looking the marina. The previous evening I had reviewed her act at the Rosaire Tavern just below the Rosaire Hotel on Avda. Derramador 2 in Benidorm.

There was no doubt that Cheryle Louise could sing and sing all  the right songs but what I noticed was that the audience (which I would gauge as 75% capacity) listened, they wanted to enjoy the moment. Apart from when they ordered their drinks, you could hear a pin drop. Unusual for Benidorm

When an entertainer is embarking on a professional career and can command the attention of the audience at an early stage of that career they’ve cracked it in my opinion and the future is assured.

Cheryle Louise was born in Bristol and moved to Oldbury in the Midlands when aged 8. After studying her ‘A’ levels at college and obtaining good results she embarked on  two degree courses and has in fact a Degree in Law and a Degree in Computer Studies obtained at Wolverhampton University. She admits that University was a great experience and has helped her through life.

Cheryle Louise wasn’t happy, she wanted to sing.

Talk about talent Cheryle Louise not only plays the clarinet she did fourteen years Exhibition Karate and has a Black Belt in the martial art . She told me that the best thing that has ever happened to her was when she obtained her Black Belt in Karate. That was of course before she met and got engaged to the love of her life.

She turned professional singer around April 2006 and can be seen at various venues around Benidorm. I asked her who she most admired in her life, she quickly responded with ‘My Dad’. So where do you see yourself in 5 years time I asked?  Hopefully in full time cabaret in Benidorm. If you could be an animal which one would you  be like? A Dolphin.

Well my opinion is that Cheryle Louise will go from strength to strength , and like the Dolphin she will swim with the big fish. Her dreams will come true and with her mentor and fiancé  international singing star Ricky Dale at her side the world will be her oyster. Catch her act and make up your own mind!
